Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ph25 platform. By creating an account or accessing any service on ph25, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
All ph25 users must be 21 years of age or older under PAGCOR regulations. Age is verified during mandatory KYC. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one ph25 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and stated terms. Abuse of bonus systems — including multi-accounting or arbitrage — results in forfeiture of bonus funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph25 login credentials. ph25 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
All transactions on ph25 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph25 is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred by players using non-PHP funding sources.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Member") and ph25 ("ph25," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph25.win. By registering an account, accessing the ph25 platform, or using any service provided by ph25, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an active ph25 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
ph25 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ph25 platform. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will be consolidated or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: All ph25 members are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. Accepted government-issued identification documents include: UMID, Philippine Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID. ph25 processes KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. ph25 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
All financial transactions on ph25 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph25 does not charge processing fees for standard GCash and PayMaya transactions, though your payment provider may impose its own fees.
ph25 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to the ph25 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) business day to appear in your ph25 account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements. ph25 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. ph25 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are satisfied will be processed on the net real-money balance only; pending bonus funds will be forfeited.

All content on the ph25 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of ph25 or its licensed providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph25 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any ph25 content without express written permission from ph25.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph25 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill; (c) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content; (d) interruptions or delays in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or third-party service outages.
ph25's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph25's gross negligence.
ph25 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph25 does not sell personal data to third parties.
ph25 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor or clarifying changes may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at ph25.win/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph25 platform shall first be addressed through ph25's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact support at [email protected] to initiate a formal dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under Philippine law.
ph25 operates in compliance with the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who have unresolved complaints regarding gaming integrity may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory body.
